The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 12th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 07-07-2019 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in twenty languages in 97 cities all over the country. The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in w.e.f. 05-02-2019 and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from above mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through CTET website www.ctet.nic.in. The online application process will start from 05-02-2019. The last date for submitting online application is 05-03-2019 and fee can be paid upto 08-03-2019 till 3.30.p.m. CTET Answer key 2019 has been released @ ctet.nic.in by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exam conducted on 7 July 2019. The CBSE has also released the scanned images of the CTET July 2019 OMR Sheet. The Answer Keys have been released of both Paper 1 and Paper 2 - All Sets - P, Q, R, S, W, X, Y, Z. Candidates can download the CTET 2019 answer key and OMR sheet from the official website by July 26, 2019. The scanned images of the CTET OMR Answer Sheets 2019 and CTET Answer Keys will be available online from 24 July 2019 to 26 July 2019, that is, for only 3 days. Candidates’ qualification will be based on this final answer key. All the candidates appeared in CTET December 2018 are hereby informed that starting 2018, CBSE will provide Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) mark sheets to all candidates and eligibility certificates to successful candidates in Digital Format in their DigiLocker account. The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will be digitally signed and will be legally valid as per the IT Act. The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will also contain an encrypted QR Code toenhance security. The QR code can be scanned and verified using the DigiLocker mobile app. The DigiLocker accounts of the all present candidates will be created and the account credentials will be conveyed to the candidates on their mobile numbers registered with CBSE. The candidates will be able to download their digital marksheet and eligibility certificates using the communicated credentials. Candidates are also given the facility to raise objections to CTET Answer Key 2019 by 26 July. For downloading the CTET Answer Key 2019 and CTET OMR Sheet of July 2019 exam, candidates need to enter their credentials. This fee needs to be paid through credit or debit card and is non-refundable. Candidates can challenge the answer keys through the link mentioned on the official website – ctet.nic.in. Process to raise objections to CTET Answer Key 2019 Follow these easy steps to raise objections to faulty CTET Answer Keys: Step 1: Visit ctet.nic.in Step 2: Click on ‘Submission of Key Challenge for CTET July 2019’ Step 3: Enter Credentials – Roll Number & Date of Birth Step 4: Fill the Form Step 5: Present evidence to prove your objection Step 6: Pay fee through Debit & Credit Card Step 7: Submit APPLICABILITY (i) The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCTof Delhi. CTET - JULY-2019 (ii) CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET. (iii) Schools owned and managed by the State Government/local bodies and aided schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government. However, a State Government can also consider the CTET if it decides not to conduct the State TET. (iv) According to CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, prescribing the minimum qualifications for eachers to teach various subjects in Classes I to VIII in the schools Affiliated to CBSE stands amended to th that extent and it shall be mandatory that the teachers appointed hereinafter i.e. 6 March 2012 to teach classes I to VIII in the Schools affiliated to the CBSE shall qualify/pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the appropriate Central/ State Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for this purpose. VALIDITY PERIOD Of CTET CERTIFICATE; The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories, There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
EXAMINATION CENTRES
List of Examination Cities where the CTET will be conducted is given in Appendix-Ill. Candidates are required to give THREE DIFFERENT OPTIONS in order of their preference. While every effort will be made to allot a Centre in one of the places opted by the candidate, the Board reserves its discretion to allot a Centre other than that of Candidate’s choice anywhere in India. Under no circumstances, the Centre once allotted shall be changed by the Board. In case the number of candidates in any of the notified City is very less for running the Examination Centre, the Board at its discretion may not conduct the Examination in that City and the Candidate who opted that city as 1 Choice may be allotted Examination Centres in other city opted as 2 or 3 choice.
