Punjab & Haryana High Court Admit Card for Proficiency Test 2019
Clerk Exam Call Letter: Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts under High Court of Punjab & Haryana has recently released call letter for attending Exam for the post of Clerk of Advt No. 24C/SSSC/CHD/2018. CPT Examination will be held on 04-08-2019.
It is for the information of all concerned candidates who have been shortlisted for the Computer Proficiency Test for the posts of Clerk in Subordinate Courts of U.T. Chandigarh to be held on 04.08.2019, that Admit cards indicating the date, time, batch and venue of the examination have been uploaded on the website www.sssc.gov.in
Computer Proficiency Test will consist of Word Processing and Spreadsheet, both of which will be of qualifying nature. In the Word Processing candidates will be provided with a passage of 600-700 words printed on a paper, and the candidates will have to type the same on computer in a software specially programmed. Candidates will be required to type as many words as possible in the duration of 10 minutes. The required minimum typing speed to qualify the Typing Test is 30 W.P.M. Typing Speed will be calculated by usingmthe following formula :-

In the Spreadsheet Exam, 5 questions of MS EXCEL will be asked comprising of 2 marks each. The candidates will be required to solve these questions in MS EXCEL 2007/2010 office version. The aforesaid Computer Proficiency Test is of qualifying nature only and the final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in written examination held on 26.05.2019.

Offer of appointment against anticipated posts will be subject to the availability of post(s) and decision of the Hon’ble Central Recruitment Committee. QUALIFICATION The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University. He/She should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).

FOR REGULAR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE: The applicants who are already serving in Government/Semi overnment/PSU/Corporations/Boards must submit the undertaking to the effect that if he/she will qualify the recruitment process then he/she have to submit the original NOC at the time of checking of origina testimonials/ interaction. Otherwise such candidates would not be taken into consideration for Recruitment purpose and his/her candidature is liable to be rejected.
vii) EADMIT CARD: Thereafter, EAdmit Cards of provisionally eligible applicants will be uploaded on the website. Applicants will also receive Emails/SMS in this regard. The applicants are to download and get print out of their Eadmit Cards by visiting the website www.sssc.gov.in again by entering their registration IDand password. Admit cards shall not be sent by post. Mere issuance of provisionalmEAdmit Card does not imply that applicant has fulfilled all the eligibility conditions given in the advertisement and application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected, if the applicant is found to be not fulfilling the eligibility conditions at any point of time.
